Six Sevic electric vehicle to support the maintenance of the City of Plovdiv!

Six Sevic electric vehicles will support the maintenance and day-to-day operations of the Plovdiv! As a part of this initiative, Sevic is further strengthening its role in modern urban mobility.

The Municipality of Plovdiv has purchased six multifunctional SEVIC V500e electric vehicles, designed for use by the city’s six district administrations. To initiative reflects the municipality’s ongoing commitment to implement sustainable, environmentally friendly, and efficient solutions for urban mobility.

On this occasion, the Mayor of Plovdiv, Kostadin Dimitrov, together with the district mayor of the Central, Western, Southern, Northern and Trakia, visited our production facility in Plovdiv. During the visit a brief presentation highlighted and key advantages of SEVIC electric vehicles, their application in several European countries, and their wide range of uses for municipal activities.

The visit was directly related to the acquisition of the six Sevic electric vehicles – one for each district administration. The mayors had the opportunity to personally test the vehicles, noting their ease of operation, excellent maneuverability, and compact dimensions, which make SEVIC particularly well suitable for Plovdiv’s narrow streets and areas with restricted traffic access. 

As an initial selection, the district administration opted for Pickup and Box configurations, which will be used for various service and maintenance activities. 

With this step, Sevic becomes an active part of Plovdiv’s everyday urban life, demonstrating how electric mobility can seamlessly integrated into real city operations.
