Sevic donated Sofia Tech Park a Bulgarian electric vehicle Sevic V500e
Sofia Tech Park, 13 June 2024, The country's first science and technology park with a focus on information technology, life sciences and green energy has acquired one of our electric utility vehicles - Sevic V500e. The electromobile will be used for exhibitions, transporting materials and props for events, and other needs of the technology park.
"We believe that Sofia Tech Park is the perfect place to showcase the capabilities of Sevic V500e. Our collaboration aims to accelerate the deployment of clean air transportation and logistics solutions, especially in large cities," expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership Krasimir Petkov, owner of Milara International and Sevic Innovations. He officially handed over the keys of the vehicle to Kostadin Petkov, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Sofia Tech Park.
The official ceremony was attended by Alexander Brilis, General Manager of Sevic, as well as engineers from the company, headed by the R&D Manager Eng. Valentin Mihaylov.
Ilia Stanchev, Sofia Tech Park's events manager, gave a test drive of the V500e on the park's territory. He was very intrigued by the fact that the electric vehicle has a range of 300 km on a single charge.
Automotive Cluster Bulgaria: parallel event
The donation of Sevic V500e took place during the international conference Automotive Forum Bulgaria 2024, which was held from 11 to 13 June 2024 at the Innovation Forum "John Atanasov", Sofia Tech Park. The forum was organized by Automotive Cluster Bulgaria in partnership with the Bulgarian Investment Agency and the law firm Kinstellar.
Sevic Innovation was among the participants in the conference. Visitors could see the Bulgarian electromobile parked in front of the forum building. Sevic offers optional foiling of the otherwise white car according to the customer's needs, and the foil of the electric car for the technology park is made in our brand colours to attract attention and show that it is made in Bulgaria.
The number of participating companies in Automotive Forum Bulgaria 2024 is impressive - C4V, Skeleton Technologies, BASF, Kinstellar, Eldrive, Shell, Urban Foresight, Hydrogenera, Sevic Innovation, Yazaki Corporation, Altair Engineering, TRI Soft, DS Smith Bulgaria, Deloitte, Haycad Infotech, Robco Swat, Technology Valley, Toyota Motor Europe, Nidec Elesys Bulgaria, Nexeo Plastics, EtherMind, Dell Technologies, Visteon, HERE Technologies and others.
Representatives of the Professional Association for Robotics and Automation and Innovation (PARAi), the Association of Automobile Manufacturers and their authorized representatives in Bulgaria and the Executive Agency for the Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises (EAPME) also participate in the forum.
