Backoffice Specialist

For the further growth of our company, we are now looking for a Backoffice Specialist.

You will take on a responsible role in which you will contribute directly to the company's success through your commitment. Thanks to your sound know-how, you will quickly find customer-oriented and efficient solutions.

  

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer base maintenance, order processing

• Offer management

• Import / export processing

• Implementation of measures to acquire new customers

• Participation in trade fairs

REQUIREMENTS

• You have completed vocational training

• You are ambitious and have a strong sales orientation

• You work independently, proactively and have open communication skills and can quickly find your way around a team

• You have a high level of written and spoken German and English

• You are flexible and open to change

• High affinity for E-Mobility

• Very good knowledge of Excel

• Experience in import and export / customs clearance
